Description
Welcome to United Lands! We are a Towny-based Earth SMP that strives persistently to bring a unique experience to everyone. Here's a quick run down of our main features!
🌎 World Map:Our world map is a 1:500 Earth-based world! We allow nations to claim unlimited amount of lands to help shape borders as necessary. The upkeep costs are also relatively low, and you can get discounts for having more members in your nation or town, or through winning wars!
⚒ Gameplay:At our core, we're still an Earth server, having most features expected. So towns, nations, land claiming, and generally found features. We do have some minor RP aspects into place too. For example, by default each nation on our map has a link (when clicked) to our community-made Fandom page. There, you'll find documentations on some well known players, towns, and nations, all of which you can join or contribute to!
But, on top of that, we have a few more features which you may find interesting! For example, you can obtain several custom items such as some basic rifles and weapons, or food items such as farmable mangoes, rice, crossiants, and sushi!
⬆Progression: To make sure the server doesn't get boring, there are multiple ways to keep yourself busy for a while. These are mainly:Jobs: You can choose one of 7 different jobs to level up. Each job has a unique skill tree, and progressing through these skill trees will help you accomplish your jobs more effectively.
Masterwork Armor: Each of the previously mentioned skill trees contains a major 'Masterwork' skill. Unlocking that skill will help you gather/craft a component of a powerful Masterwork Gear Set. You can either solo through all skill trees, or cooperate with town members and have each focus on a specific job!
Player Upgrades: A major use for money on UL is spent on personal player upgrades. These can be accessed by doing /upgrades, and contain QOL abilities and advantages. For example, you can unlock more Ender Chest rows for more storage, buy more /sethomes, or unlock flight within your town borders.💰Economy:We have a mainly player-driven economy on the server. There are no admin or server shops of any type to force certain prices, but instead there's one marketplace (accessed through /mp) where anyone can publish, sell, and buy items. Players can also set up basic chest shops to help with their trading.
The main use for the currency on the server is to buy upgrades, skills, or pay upkeep. Other than that, it's not too heavily tied to the server and you can choose to trade for physical items instead!
⚔️ War & Combat:We've been working day and night on developing a completely new and unique warring system for towns and nations! The wars are not destructive in any real sense, and are more just an event you'd have for fun, money, and the pride of winning. You may have seen SiegeWar, EventWar, FlagWar, or any other variation, but we've ended up with something completely different.
United Lands is the full package, experience war like never before with a completely unique system! Newly released - gear up and fight with your friends against both towns and entire nations.
