Welcome to Voxel Reign, a server specifically designed to provide a fun, dynamic, hard experience. Power is the name of the game, and use it to your advantage. Whether this means earning your way to the top (Eco/Chest-Shop/Jobs), building your skills (McMMO), or managing your own domain (Towny)! Decide your fate and rule over your brethren in the new 1.19 update as a backdrop for your endeavors, creating friends and enemies alike! We are a new server with ever evolving features and looking to form a community of players.

Gameplay
  Upon joining, it becomes clear that you are fresh in this world. Your best bet is to explore and make a safe, hidden base or to find a township to join for protection. Those who choose to live in the wilds could be subject to the whims of the other players and mobs (PvP/PvE), emphasizing our intent to provide a more difficult survival experience.
  
  Voxel Reign rewards our most dedicated players, as ranks are given based on time-played (Autorank) and by giving access to more commands and benefits to those who make it to the higher ranks. We also take a different stance on donations, with no current way to pay-to-win. Planned in the future, we have made it a point to limit "Donation Perks" to very low pricing and nothing that would give a player an advantage (and that is if we do it at all, TBD).

  We are still relatively young, and a such, the elements of gameplay are always changing (usually with additions) and value our community's voice. We offer a Discord that simultaneously serves as a hub of information as well as a Voice Chat that you can talk to your friends. If you have an idea for the server, we allow them to be heard there.


flareGriefing?
  We take a different take on griefing and allow what can be best described as Soft Griefing: You may steal and plunder and break in, but you cannot "render someone in ruins" in such a way that they cannot make a reasonable comeback. This is also referred to as "Acts of Anarchy" and could include those who act in reckless abandon causing misery in their wake. Don't be a random menace, basically.
  
  Staff hold jurisdiction on punishments for these kinds of crimes, but be rest-assured that punishments for griefing are much less intense than things we find much more repulsive, such as hate-speech or spamming. We offer rollbacks (Core Protect) so it isn't much to fix someone going overboard. A word of warning, however: be mindful of your presence. We will share information with victims as to whom was their culprit, if nothing else than to encourage retribution on the players' part, putting power into their hands.
  
  It is this unique take on griefing that it is our hope will make us stand out amongst the rest.

Previous servers include DefiantOneGaming and Dark Roses, where we developed strong communities that still play with each other today.
