**Who We Are**
IgnisCraft was started in July of 2014 as a small group of friends messing around with some plugins. We ended up making a pretty fun server and gaining a lot of players and hype. After two years of fun, the server died down due to the lack of advertising and players in the community getting busy with real life. After a year of downtime, we're starting up again with a completely new server and a lot of new features! We're very excited to expand our family at IgnisCraft.
**Features**
We are constantly adding and changing features as players make suggestions and as we find ways to enhance our server. Currently, these are our main features:
* **Economy** Our server is an Economy-based server. Players earn money in various ways such as **jobs**, **Chestshops**, **Gambling**, or any other creative ways you can discover!
* **Multi-Gamemode Server** Our server is a single server that also has Skyblock, Creative, and Vanilla Survival *(coming soon)*. We are also working to expand our server and add Minigames and other gamemodes. Our server economy is balanced between the gamemodes.
* **Vote for Perks** Here at IgnisCraft, we want to give all players a chance to unlock perks such as **flying** and **godmode** without having to donate tons of money. Voting earns points that can be used to purchase Perk Items that grant temporary 24 hour permissions. Voting on all sites will unlock 24 hours of flying!
* **Achievement Titles** We currently have over 150 achievement titles to unlock on the server. Most basic statistics have title sets and we are always looking to add more! Titles can be displayed by a player's prefix, change colors, or be hidden altogether. There are also plenty of prefixes to unlock, or create your own!
* **Donations** Currently, IgnisCraft accepts donations through Patreon. Donations unlock cosmetic prizes for individual players and adds towards unlocking group prizes for the server such as McMMO boosters and shop boosters. Players who donate also receive points to purchase Perk Items!
* **McMMO** Like most servers, we have McMMO leveling. McMMO works a bit differently on IgnisCraft, however. Levels are easier to gain and can be earned from mob spawners, but dying also results in losing levels. Players can steal levels from other players in PvP as well. Don't fear! For a small price, you can invest in MMO Bonds, and receive items that hold your levels. It's much easier to level up to 100 ten times than it is to level to 1000!
* **Rules** We are very laid back when it comes to rules. We're all here to have fun, so as long as you're being respectful to players and acting as you would in person, you should be fine. We have a few small rules we like to follow:
* We have an **open chat** on our server. This means that there is no chat filter, and players are *generally free* to say what they want. Of course, players who abuse this privilege will have it revoked. Keep it respectful and don't be inappropriate is all we ask. Swearing is fine to an extent, but not every other sentence kind of deal.* We encourage AFKing, but unless you have the **"Super Potent Coffee Beans" Perk Item**, your player will be teleported upon AFK. AFK pools are not allowed, otherwise the economy could be easily terrorized by giant AFK farms (and the lag would be *unbearable*)* Alts are allowed to be used for grinding purposes, but will be teleported on AFK without the proper perk *(obviously)*
* **Minimal Vanilla Changes** With all that said, it's important to know that we have made sure that mostly all vanilla mechanisms still work on our server. We don't want to water down the game, we want to expand on it. We want to encourage players to use the vanilla mechs with our server mechs to create farms, factories, anything they could imagine. We only remove a vanilla mechinism if it can be used to exploit or create total monopoly and harm the economy *(AFK farming 24/7 with alts, for example)*.* TNT is only allowed in the Resource World and on individual plots of land that are claimed and flagged with the "TNT-Allow" flag. Same situation for Wither Block Damage and other grief-related stuff.
IgnisCraft is still "under construction" so to speak, so not everything works perfectly. We are constantly working to improve the server for our players, so please don't hesitate to drop suggestions or bug reports in our discord server.
