NukemD's Server Minecraft Server IP

Created by NukemD, this server runs mostly behind the scenes plugins. However, with that in mind, many of these plugins run to help make the small annoyances in Minecraft go away so you can stay busy with the fun parts.

No hunger! We all like the food options, but very few enjoy having to eat something every 5 minutes just because they stood in place. Things like this, and trees growing back when cut down help make the world look nice and be fun to play in.

With all that said, here are some rules to make sure we all continue to have fun:

Before you connect, we have some rules that you must read and understand before you join. Failure to follow these rules will result in kicking or banning from the server. This list is a bit long, but please be sure to read it if you want to stick around for long.

Here our rules that need to be observed and followed. these rules are posted both here and in the spawn fortress in a glowstone house, so you have no excuse for not knowing them.

1) PvP (deathmatch) with other players is not allowed, UNLESS both parties agree on it. Random attacking and killing players to loot or otherwise is also forbidden.

2) GRIEF POLICY:
Griefing of any type is forbidden. We have several tools to log and revert grief, so at most you will be wasting 5 minutes of our time and hours of your own. We have a zero tolerance policy towards griefing, so if you are caught griefing; No matter how small, you will be permanently banned with no appeals.

3) Don't mess with things that don't belong to you, this includes things that appear to be abandoned. Some regular players don't visit for days at a time. The one exception are naturally generated mob towns, strongholds and mineshafts, which are all free game.

4) CHEATING POLICY:
As with griefing, cheating and hacking are also forbidden.

Since some players seem to be unaware that they're cheating or don't know what classifies as cheating, here is a list of things that classify as cheats:

- 3rd party Minecraft clients specially designed for cheating (WoM, McCheat, etc.)
- Mods that allow you to do normally impossible things such as:
- Extreme speed
- Fast swimming
- Flying
- Teleporting
- Noclipping
- X-Ray Vision

- Specially crafted texture packs that allow you to see through the world
- Any other clientside mods that give you an unfair advantage over other players.

If you're caught cheating, you will be warned ONCE and only ONCE to remove the cheats in question, and you will be banned permanently with no appeals.

5) Asking for ranks or elevated permissions (Moderator/Admin) isn't allowed. Only trusted members that have been deemed fit for the job will receive elevated permissions on the server. If you wish to have a custom title, they will cost $10 for the lifetime of the server and an additional $5 for each time you want to change the title to something else.

6) This is a 'Survival' server, not 'Beg admins for items'. Don't ask staff members to spawn free items for you, as you will be ignored. Bothering the admins constantly about it will result in you being removed from the server.

7) We aren't responsible for lost items or structures you built. We do our best to protect against griefers, but the server has its own natural dangers. If you are killed by mobs or succumb to natural hazards like lava pools, we will not reimburse you for items you lost. The same goes for structures you built.

8) Arguing with admins in-game won't be tolerated. If you have a problem, make a post about it in the minecraft section on the forum. We want to keep the server as drama-free as possible.

9) Don't advertise your or anyone else's server either in-game or on the forums. If you are seen doing it, you will be banned on sight.Additional NotesA fun small to mid sized server, created for SMP wilderness exploration and fun.
