Cinderfell Roleplay Chapter 2- Ventures of the Archipelago
Long ago, the deities that had created this land decided to abandon their creations within a harsh and failed realm, unsuited for any life to survive. Leaving the untameable realm for billions of years, it was untouched. With a small spark, everything is set into notion. Life slowly began to form from the cruelness of the world with only little help from Minor gods that did care for the survival of the world.
Like weeds, new stems sprouted, though not perfect; the world of Cinderfell managed to sustain itself.
The World the Players Discover today is 5 Years After the War against Terramoore, one of the few major cities which had previously survived the Age of Violence war. Roman, the Kalfarian who named himself ruler of Terramoore, struck the world with his Undead army- craving power like no other. Being a King of his town was not enough, he wanted more- No, the man needed more. But the Adventurers of the land of Cinderfell seeked refuge in the ruined city of Evaurd, and fought back with everything they had.
After the main trade routes to evaurd were destroyed by the Undead army, not many people stayed in the swampy lands of Evaurd. It became unsustainable- and the land of Terramoore was in complete ruin and became a land of savages. Many moved from the Mainland's of Cinderfell, fleeing to the safety of the Isles; Cinderfells Archipelago.. And to the Main Island of Ashmir, where the winters were harsh and summers remained just as cold. People seeked refuge in the frozen city of Ashmore.
Although Ashmore itself, as the adventurers and players of Cinderfell will soon learn, is not at all the perfect place to seek refuge... Something had begun brewing in the darkness.
